Orders are dispatched together once a drop closes, not as they come in. Tracking is emailed the day a parcel leaves the studio. Duties and import taxes outside the UK are the buyer's responsibility.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure you carefully check your size, colour, and order details before completing your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Every pair is numbered within its run and registered to the buyer at the point of sale. Resale does not transfer that registration.

Releases are not restocked. Anything offered as a restock of a closed drop did not come from this studio.

Orders placed through bots, resale scripts or multiple accounts are cancelled and refunded without notice.
